Please support this place! They are the nicest people and the food is fantastic. I had the bacon cheeseburger with fries and gravy. It's the closest thing you'll find to home cooking. Mom and Pop place, I definitely hope they stick around. I recently moved back home after being in Vancouver for almost 12 years. It's sad what has happened to the Town Centre. There is literally nothing left, but this place is so good.

Came in for lunch and got the Bacon Cheesebruger and Large Poutine. The portions were very good size for the price. The burger was very tasty and poutine good as well. This is a hidden restaurant but well worth trying if you're ever in the areas! I will be coming back again for sure in the future!

Jin’s Place is a hidden gem. I believe it’s run by an elderly couple, with the wife at the till and the husband in the kitchen. Even with only two of them, my husband and I loved our first time eating here. The food is extremely reasonably priced, and what you get is delicious. My cheeseburger bun was crunchy, and they use sweet pickles on the burger which is a nice change. The fries are crunchy and salty, and hot from the fryer. I highly recommend Jin’s Place if you’re looking for a good meal for a good price.

Wasn't cheap, but it did taste homemade and fresh. Onion rings were great, and so was my bacon cheese burger.

The Food at Jin's is amazing, particularly their burgers. It's real food by real, friendly people, and I'm always satisfied when I eat there. However, it is best if you're in a rush to call ahead and order for pick up. Great food takes time, and while not generally egregious, at peak lunch rush can be up to 20 minutes wait.

Such friendly staff. I ordered the toasted chicken/bacon sandwich with fries and gravy. My sandwich was was good and my fries were delicious. I can't wait to try their breakfast, I hear it's a cheap price.
